What's the most beautiful place you've been to?
Last year, I went to Morafältet in Sweden where huge sand dunes were deposited at the end of the last ice age.

The ridges are extremely nutrient-poor with almost no soil. So there are literally only stark pine trees and health and lingonberry in a bone-white sea of crisp, fluffy lichens. It was unspeakably beautiful, like walking around in a giant advent wreath.
